2017 Excavation report of rabat cemetery in Boysun, Uzbekistan

In 2017, the Joint Central Asia Archaeological Team of China and Uzbekistan conducted excavation in Cemetery No.1 on north Rabat Village. The recovered 52 burials, which 37 were earthen cave burials with sideway chamber, 11 vertical shaft pit four had unidentifiable forms. burial occupants mostly extended supine position heading north, grave goods unearthed from these included pottery wares, bronzes, iron objects, stone implements, glass etc. structures artifacts all unique characteristics compared to their counterparts found nearby areas, date this cemetery is end 2nd century BC early 1st AD. It would be remains Da Yuezhi (Greater Yuezhi) people could named as Culture. provided important data for archaeological exploration Greater people.
